The TR48HF 48" trencher is a JCB trencher attachment equipped with a 6 ft chain and designed for applications requiring high or standard hydraulic flow, depending on configuration. The trencher has a chain width of 150 mm and a maximum digging depth of up to 1220 mm, making it suitable for trenching work in construction, utility, and site preparation applications.
This trencher features a spring-loaded boom designed to help reduce shock loads to the hydraulic motor and carrier. Additional features include replaceable wear parts to support extended service life, a pivoting crumber shoe and adjustable crumber bar to assist with soil removal from the trench, and a self-adjusting idler with sealed bearing for reduced maintenance. A side-shift function allows operation in confined or restricted work areas.
