Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participate in safe and environmentally sound work behaviors and objectives at all times in

• Ensure effective execution of all sales administration functions including machine coordination,
deal costing, proposals, invoicing, claims, rentals, OEM credits
• Work with pricing team, sales force and management to efficiently and accurately execute

• Prepare deal as structured and approved, proforma or actual invoices for the Customers and
Finance entailing completed deals for funding
• Initiate and execute Service Scheduler appointments, scope, budget and approvals
• Coordinates all freight & logistics for equipment deals
• Create and process units, POs for suppliers, OEM, review receipt and approval
• Create and process all warranty submissions from deals to the Warranty Group
• Process customer/sales requests for Financial documents
• Support sales & marketing department

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bilingual, French and English, oral/written
Post-Secondary Education with a minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative/service
position
• Experience with the equipment sales process and deal administration
• Proven knowledge of products sold by Readyquip including the ability to configure and price a
OEM machine from the OEM price list
• Customer centric with superior interpersonal and communication skills
